ChairCo stands for "Chair Collaborative" and the idea is quite simple: We believe that personal, professional, and organizational acceleration is a community-powered activity - it does not happen in a vacuum and it can never occur alone.
We also believe that acceleration doesn't have to be forced - it should be as natural as sitting in a comfortable chair across from a good friend and talking openly the possibilities of radical change. I've had an incredible opportunity to work for some of the largest businesses in the world: JnJ, Dell, Fox, and NewsCorp. I've worked as an software developer, engineer, social technologist, and executive.
But those positions lacked the freedom that would allow me to do my very best work - so I left. Now I lead my own teams that build visionary products that fully engage my mind & my heart.
More importantly, my unique role within these organizations is to coach and accelerate my teams to incredibly high levels of performance, removing the barriers that hold them back from excellence and empowering them to do great work. Currently I lead 8BIT and Action & Influence.
If I'm not doing that I'm blogging, tweeting, or eating tasty meals with my wife and two daughters, Roenne and Arden.

You will work through the Four Pillars with daily assignments for four consecutive weeks - consider it an online MBA on steroids and you'll get the right picture.

I love team-based coaching as it allows the best of two worlds to collide: A uniquely defined and curated collaborative experience with an extremely intense curriculum.
The four of us (you, myself, and two other classmates) will meet once a week physically for 4 consecutive weeks together in 4 different creative environments to challenge, encourage, and present our weekly projects as we walk together through the classwork.
When we're not meeting together you'll spend the rest of the week working on your daily assignments - collaborative conversation will occur via our private and secure online web application. It's mobile-ready for those on the go.
